7/24/2012 - Hillsong Conference Changes the Face of Ministry; Hillsong Live Album Tops Charts; Live U.S. Tour
The annual Hillsong Conference, held earlier this month in Sydney, Australia, showed the world how ministry is changing. While more than 20,000 people packed Allphones Arena, the city's largest indoor stadium, at least 100,000 others across the globe watched the live stream or from the new Hillsong App. It was the first time the conference was streamed across the web, and Hillsong's Reuben Morgan hailed it a great success. "Many people can't afford to come to Australia, but the technology enabled them to experience the sense of worship and praise that those at the venue encountered," Morgan explained. The conference featured songs from Hillsong's new worship album, Cornerstone, which set a record as the first Hillsong album to debut on all major mainstream music charts in the world. During the conference, the album peaked at No. 3 on the U.S. iTunes overall albums chart and No.1 in other countries. Cornerstone also debuted at No. 1 on both the Billboard Christian and Gospel albums and the Praise and Worship albums chart in addition to the Top 200 chart. "We never take this for granted and are always excited when projects that mean so much to us are embraced like this," shares Morgan. However, he explained that success has a different meaning at Hillsong. "When people watch the conference around the world, and when they sing these songs that declare Christ as the cornerstone of their lives; it demonstrates their passion to encounter a real and loving God. That's success." Cornerstone also garnered acclaim from media outlets as it released. Here are a few highlights of what media have to say about the new live album: "A resource for worship leaders, Hillsong’s various teams unite to offer a few songs that will span the globe, surrounded by others that will lead millions in personal worship and devotion." - Worship Leader "Cornerstone is Hillsong at its finest.” - All About Worship "This collection is comprised of thought-provoking lyrics, excellent instrumentation, and spot on vocals that make it both pleasing to the ear and the soul." - Crosswalk Hillsong LIVE will return to the U.S. this fall, kicking off The Hillsong LIVE Cornerstone Tour on September 12th in Boston, MA. 4/12/2012 - Girls of Grace Conference Kicks Off On August 11
WORD Entertainment and 25 Presents are proud to announce the Girls of Grace conference, which kicks off its new season “The Beautiful Truth” in Jackson, MS in August, hosted by multi-platinum and award-winning trio Point of Grace, featuring special musical guests *Jason Castro, *for KING & COUNTRY, *Group 1 Crew, and Meredith Andrews and guest speakers Amber Lehman, Constance Rhodes and Chris Wheeler. Girls of Grace is scheduled to visit nine states and reach thousands of teenage girls during an exciting one-day event that is geared towards girls in 6th – 12th grades and focuses on common age- related issues delivered through positive Christian messages, with aspirations to renew self-confidence and refresh their spirits. The Artists and Speakers will cover topics from social media, relationships, fashion, and how to live a life filled with grace; teaching life lessons from a biblical perspective while relating to teenage girls on their level, to truly impact their audience.
Founded by Point of Grace in 2002, the conferences grew out of their desire to bring teenage girls together, to talk about issues that affect them, and share that a relationship with Christ is the true source for peace and assurance in their lives. “At times girls feel like they are the only ones who struggle with certain issues,” says Denise Jones of Point of Grace. “With a Girls of Grace conference it gives them the opportunity to come together in a large group and realize that we all have our own struggles, and yet, we are in this together.”
A Mother’s testimonial who attended last year’s Girls of Grace conference, “I thought I was going so my daughter Sarah could get something out of it, but it touched me in so many ways. God was definitely in it and using it to change us all!”

1/20/2011 - Passion Worship Leader Kristian Stanfill’s Latest Release Captivates Critics
After leading worship in front of over 22, 000 devoted college students at Passion 2011 earlier this month, last week the newest member of sixstepsrecords, Kristian Stanfill released his sophomore album Mountains Move selling over 6,000 copies and charting at No. 3 on the Contemporary Christian SoundScan chart and No. 2 on the Current Christian/Gospel Digital Albums chart.
Having introduced music listeners to Mountains Move back in September with his five song EP titled Day After Day, Stanfill’s latest project is captivating critics across the board shown in the quotes below:
" From the successful aftermath of his trademark song "Say,Say", Kristian Stanfill storms out with a beautiful sophomore project.Mountains Move ticks the box as one inspirational worship music everyone could do with." -Seattle Post Intelligencer
"Lord Almighty" and "Day After Day" are both great worship songs that I can imagine singing with fellow believers. If you like Fee, Charlie Hall, Chris Tomlin and Tim Hughes, you'll enjoy Kristian Stanfill.”-NewReleaseTuesday.com
"One of Kristian’s identifying attributes communicated clearly through his music is his profound passion to worship. He brings a reverence that is both rewarding to listen to and refreshing to worship with. His musical chops fall into the same genre as Tomlin and Fee."- On Course Magazine
“According to the graciously burgeoning songwriter, this worshipful collection centers on "believing that God is who he says he is" despite our circumstances. Stanfill accomplishes this brilliantly and cranks out songs that possess a distinctive solidarity: they all emphasize the unwavering nature and character of God”-Crosswalk.com
“Filled with sweeping verses, and sweeping anthemic choruses, the man knows how to pen a powerful tune. If you picked up is self-titled EP a few months ago, you would have already heard the first three songs off of this one….and you have not heard the best of Mr. Stanfill yet.”- HollywoodJesus.com
“Day After Day,” the first single from Mountains Move is resonating with listeners as well, as the song is continuing to rise on the radio charts currently at No. 21 on the National Christian Audience Chart and No. 28 on AC Indicator. In addition, the song is being spun over 13 major stations across the country as well hundreds more via the K-LOVE network.
This spring, Stanfill has a full tour schedule, for which new dates will be announced soon. To see if the worship leader is coming to a city near you and for more information on Stanfill, please visit www.kristianstanfill.com.
