1. DESCRIPTION:

The “HearItFirst.com / Enter toWin a Copy of Planetshakers’ “Limitless” ("Sweepstakes") begins on orabout January 15, 2013 and ends Feburary 15, 2013 at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”)("Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes is sponsored, administeredand fulfilled by Hear It First, LLC, 1305 16^thAve South 2^nd Floor Nashville, TN 37212 (“Sponsor” or “HearItFirst”).

2. HOW TO ENTER:

To enter, visit http://www.hearitfirst.com/funandgames/default.aspx?contest_id=1056971 andsubmit entry form filling out all required information, including withoutlimitation, your first name, last name, zip code, gender, birth date, telephonenumber, and e-mail address, and submit your entry. Any form of entry other thanthose described herein is void. Only one entry per person is permitted per dayduring the Contest Entry Period.

3. ELIGIBILITY:

Sweepstakesis open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. who areat least 13 years of age in their state of primary residence at time of entry (“Entrant”).Entrants must have Internet access or otherwise have an ability to access theInternet as of the start date. Any individuals (including but not limited toemployees, independent contractors, consultants and interns) who have, withinthe last six (6) months, been employed by HearItFirst.com or performed servicesfor Sponsor or any organizations affiliated with the administration, prizesupport, fulfillment, advertisement or promotion of the Sweepstakes(collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities") are not eligible to enter orwin. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of each such individual arealso not eligible to enter or win. For purposes of the Sweepstakes,"Household Members" shall mean those people who share the sameresidence at least three months a year and "Immediate Family Members"shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step- children,siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. 4. PRIZES:

Allprize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize winners cannotassign or transfer the prize to another person. Cash alternative is allowed atthe sole discretion of Sponsor. If a prize cannot be awarded due tocircumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal orgreater retail value may be awarded. If a winner cannot accept a prize, or anyportion thereof, as stated, the prize may be forfeited at the sole discretionof Sponsor. The value of the prize represents Sponsor’s good faithdetermination of the maximum retail value thereof. No refunds or credit forchanges are allowed. The ARV of any prize is subject to price fluctuations inthe consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time betweenthe date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the datethe prize is awarded or redeemed. All other expenses and costs, not expresslylisted above, including, but not limited to, taxes, tips, entertainment andtransfers, are winner’s sole responsibility. Other restrictions may apply.Limit one (1) prize per household. If prize is awarded but goes unclaimed or isforfeited by recipient, the prize may not be re-awarded, in SweepstakesEntities’ sole discretion.

5. ODDS OF WINNING:

Oddsof winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

Winnerswill be selected via a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor from alleligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Prize winners will benotified by email or phone, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, withinapproximately forty five (45) days of the drawing date. Selected winners willbe required to respond (as directed by the Sponsor) to the notification. Thefailure to respond timely to the notification may result in forfeiture of theprize and the Sponsor will randomly select an alternate winner from among theremaining eligible entries for that prize. Winners may be required to verifyaddress and return within five (5) days (or a shorter time if required byexigencies) an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, unlessprohibited by law, a publicity release (collectively, the “Prize ClaimDocuments”) covering eligibility, liability, advertising, publicity and mediaappearance issues. Failure to return the Prize Claim Documents within thespecified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of analternate winner from the remaining eligible entries for that prize. Sponsor,in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potentialwinners of a prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which theprize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. A prize will not beawarded until all such properly executed Prize Claim Documents are returned.

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/RELEASES:

Sweepstakesis void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and locallaws and regulations apply. By participating, each entrant agrees to be boundby these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and theAdministrator, which shall be final in all respects. By participating in thisSweepstakes and/or by accepting any prize that they may win, each entrantagrees to release the Sweepstakes Entities; each of their respective parent,subsidiary and affiliated companies, units and divisions; each of theirrespective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees; and eachof these companies and individuals' respective successors, representatives andassigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and allactions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly orindirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use ofany prize. Each entrant authorizes the Sweepstakes Entities to use his/hername, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entrymaterials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, oron a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unlessprohibited by law. Sweepstakes Entities are not obligated to use any of theabove-mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit suchinformation or materials, at Sweepstakes Entities’ sole discretion, without furtherobligation or compensation, unless prohibited by law. The Released Partiesshall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected,postage-due, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligibleentries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method oftransmission; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, softwareor other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections,delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction,unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) anyinjuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting fromacceptance, possession or use of a prize, or from participation in theSweepstakes; or (v) any printing, typographical, human administrative ortechnological errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes.Sweepstakes Entities disclaim any liability for damage to any computer systemresulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information inconnection with this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its solediscretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion of theSweepstakes) should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized interventionor other cause or problem corrupt or inhibit the administration, security orproper play of the Sweepstakes and, in such situation, to select the winnersfrom among all of the eligible non-suspect entries received prior to and/orafter such action or in such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.Sponsor may prohibit you from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning aprize if, in their sole discretion, they determine you are attempting toundermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking,deception, or any other unfair playing practices of intending to annoy, abuse,threaten or harass any other players or Sponsor’s representatives. By entering the Sweepstakes,you grant HearItFirst permission to share your email address and any otherpersonally identifiable information with the other Sweepstakes Entities for thepurpose of administration and prize fulfillment. HearItFirst will not sell,rent, transfer or otherwise disclose your personal data to any third partyother than the other Sponsor and as explicitly described herein.
