Robin O'Herin has been playing bottleneck and regular guitar, as well as mountain dulcimer, for over twenty years, performing Appalachian gospel, blues and original music in various bands and groups, as a solo performer and in duets, locally in New England in churches and coffee houses. She has been a song leader in several churches and formed a gospel choir which performed traditional gospel music.
A 2003 Boston Blues Challenge semi-finalist, she opened for the Doobie Brothers and Vance Gilbert in Pittsfield in 2004 and was the headliner at the 2005 Resophonic Blues Festival in the Czech Republic. her interpretation of Old Country Rock has been licensed to PBS for Roadshow Nation 2005 Episode 4.
