In the spring of 2005 four friends, who strive to focus on the positive, came together to fill a void. Too often we surround ourselves with negativity and apathy, but this band has set out to share an idea of love and hope. When all of their bands had come to and end in the previous years, they joined forces with a unique blend of sound. Though all their previous efforts were very different styles of music, they all appreciated each others talents. The sound of Distant Hero was born. In April of 2005 the band began what would prove to be a great year of shows and recording. Having already put out their first album, Get To The Chopper!, they continue to play shows, and hope to soon have some new music available online... |
