I have spread my dreams under your feet;
Tread softly, because you tread on my dreams."

The Forgotten Dream. Five guys from the Seattle area with an unlikely beginning.
Brandon Bee, a local musical artist and producer from Tacoma, had been inseparable from music his entire life. With a God-given talent for the design and creation of music, Brandon has fronted several bands and been a sought-after producer all over the country for years. During a transition in his latest band Separation, Brandon met with Erik Vickers, a seasoned veteran on bass with an insight into the Seattle music scene, who had been the bassist for the band Strange Occurrence for many years and who would later take over as the bass player for Separation. Toward the end of Separation's life, Brandon began playing with another local artist as lead guitar, and soon after met Josh Hanson, a talented and creative guitarist with a passion for music and the drive to perform. As they played together, they realized there was musical bsparkb that needed to be explored!
Without much deliberation, Brandon decided to start working on a new project; a band that would bring a new sound to light; one not often heard though saturated darkness.. one of hope. With Erik's bass on board, Brandon quickly enlisted Josh to recruit musicians with a drive to play and the desire to create something that would make a difference, and he knew just who to call... but since he couldn't get a hold of them, Josh called longtime friends and fellow Marysville-ites Brian Philp and Aaron Gibson. (little Marysville humor!)
All formally members of the band 5 Second Silence, Josh, Aaron, and Brian had been playing music together for over five years, and Josh knew that these were the guys he wanted in the band. Brian would bring a steady guitar and background vocals to the mix, and Aaron, with his "solid yet edgy" percussive style, would hold down the drums. We all met in May of '05 in a little rented storage apartment in Auburn, WA., and decided that we would seek to capture the sound that we were all looking for. After months of sifting through names, Brandon and Brian came up with the name that would be defined not only in our sound and song, but also in the life of our bandb& The Forgotten Dream.
With lyrics that evoke a search for meaning and hope, to a sound that ties artistic thought with captured emotion. From tragic loss to eternal gain; from fighting within to life by surrender. From letting go of that which we hold closest, to the cost of letting go of what matters most, The Forgotten Dream will stir the longing to find more than the everyday, and to remember who it is that we are and what to do with dreamsb&
