Drummer Jake Salmond describes the bands ideals this way: "Jesus is not our 'feel good remedy', He is our Savior. That's not what our name means. Our feel good remedy is playing music, the relief of a busy day of work or school. We try to bring a glimpse of hope to people, and that is our focus: hope and grace."

FGR has had great success opening for artists like Paul Wright, Shawn McDonald, and Kevin Max (DC Talk), and shows no sign of slowing down. They are a determined band, exploring new venues with a mission to share their music and beliefs to anyone with an open ear.

The band was started by Matt Salinas, the lead singer and rhythm guitarist. Max Lestenkof on lead guitar and background vocals tears it on the solos and Jake Salmond (as previously stated) is on the drums. Ben Pottorf is the newest addition to the band on bass and background vocals. Incyte is the featured MC on "Ignite" demanding you to stand up with his intense, quick rhymes.
