bluesuit hero is a melodic rock band from south jersey whose meaningful songs mirror everyday joys and struggles. "We all are forever indebted to a God who saved us. He loves us, so the focus of our music is to glorify Him." Drummer Jef McAfee and lead singer/pianist Jay Richardson grew up together playing music in a band with Jef's older brother Rich. In the summer of 2004 Rich passed away in a car accident. Not knowing what else to do Jef and Jay wrote a song, that they played at Rich's funeral, called life and times. The two decided to keep writing songs and formed bluesuit hero. They later enlisted Rob Foster to play guitar and Jef's younger brother Rob McAfee to play bass."We all experience tragedies in life. The only thing to do is to seek God and keep going, remembering that life is also about having fun." Today's world seems to be in a state of confusion. bluesuit hero's momentum is inspired by the hope that we could change all of this.... |
