His Witness Band is a Eugene, Oregon-based band which plays mainly in prisons and jails throughout Oregon, and multiple venues in and around Salem, Oregon. Founded in 1990, His Witness Band has played for hundreds of hurting people behind bars. The 7 current members in His Witness Band attend 5 different churches crossing several denominational boundaries. We believe we are called to minister to the hurts and needs of other believers--and most importantly, to seek the salvation of the lost. Our first CD: Countdown To Eternity was released in 2003, and features an eclectic mix of musical styles, all giving glory to God. Our band verse is Acts 1:8 "And you shall receive power after the Holy Ghost comes upon you, and you shall be my witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea, and to the uttermost part of the earth."
