The Jeremy Hearn Band was formed in 2005, but the heart for this group was around years before. Lead singer and songwriter Jeremy Hearn began his music career in 2001 as the sole worship leader for K-Life Youth Ministry in St. Petersburg, Florida. With just a microphone and an acoustic guitar Jeremy led middle and high schoolers in song each Tuesday night. In 2004 drummer Chris Toomajanian joined Jeremy at K-Life. With the addition of good friends Ryan Williford (Lead Guitar) and Tim Williford (Keys) shortly after, the idea for a Christian Rock band was created. Soon the band invited Keith Johnson (Bass) on board and the band was complete. The Jeremy Hearn Band was not, however, the first opportunity for these guys to play music. All five band members had been leading worship at their own churches since 2001. Together these five guys have a mission to write upbeat Christian Music that stays true to the heart of worship. Mixing the styles of John Mayer, Chris Tomlin, and Dave Matthews. The Jeremy Hearn Band has performed at conferences and benefit concerts around the state of Florida. They have shared the stage with artists such as Bryan Edwards and Story Side: B. Currently, The Jeremy Hearn Band is writing and recording songs and looking to where God takes them in the coming years.... |

It is so important for today's youth to get plugged in to a church and youth group. if it wasn't for our local youth group, we would've never met and formed an awesome band! All around you there are temptations to get involved in things of this world that will lead you astray. A solid youth group will show you the love of Christ and set up some great relationships with other kids who can build you up. It's a blast!

Up until 2006, we led worship on Sunday mornings at church, Sunday night's at youth group and Tuesday's at another youth group called K-Life. Often we would play at more than one church on a given Sunday. In 2006, some band members moved to Nashville, TN. Although we are not in the same state most of time anymore, we all have spanned out and involved ourselves in the local church's youth wherever we are. We all still lead worship at youth groups but also help in other ways. Being college students, we believe in supporting middle and high school youth groups, mentoring younger kids, and showing them the love of Christ.
