Seventy-One is a five piece Christian rock band who share a common passion for music, share a purpose on this earth to reach and encourage as many people as we can through our songs. We also share a common love for our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Seventy-One hopes to reach the youth of today, as well as anyone who hears their song, with a positive message. No matter the situation or circumstance...good or bad...big or small...there are those who have also been through it, or are going through it, and can understand. There is One, however, that can help you through it all. We pray that our message rings clear with rocking riffs, encompassing hooks, and catchy rhythms.... |

Commitment, faith, love, patience, honor, selflessness. These are words not used enough these days. To see the results of this, take a look around. Hollywood glamorizes the lack of these qualities, many musicians delve into the very pit of disregarding these values. Even our country, based on these principles, is turning away from it's foundation. God is being taken out of the place he is needed most, your everyday lives. The change starts with you, your friends, your families. God has always, and will always, be there for you. Let's stand and show the world we are there for Him, and once and for all make the statement...it is cool to be a Christian.

Over the past few years, Seventy-One's target audience has been the youth of today. We have all played our parts, as a group and individually, in the youth of our churches. From helping teach youth meetings, to playing for youth conventions as a band, to leading the youth bands to praise for our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, in the churches. We continue this work today, and hope to be involved in the positive influence of youth for a long time to come.
