Damascus Rd. was formed in early 2004. The band has come a long way since the early days. The band has influences from country, classic rock, metal, gospel music, and just about anything in between. It has been an interesting journey that has produced many great songs. We started out wanting to be a classic rock cover band. Somehow early on, we got temporarily sidetracked playing some church gigs. What I thought as a temporary thing ended up defining the band into what it is today, a Christian Rock band with what I consider to be some really great original songs. We have written 17 songs and are in the process of recording our first cd.... |
