At what point in your life did you understand Jesus' unconditional love? What was you life like before you found His light? Were you lonely? Were you living in darkness? What did you see in your own reflection? We are transformed when we find the light of Jesus Christ. In accepting the love of Christ Jesus, we do not have to live in darkness, loneliness or fear. We find that we cannot live apart from Him, because on our own, our endeavors become trite, unsuccessful attempts at a happiness we can never attain. The only way to true happiness and beauty is acceptance of Jesus Christ and living near the Heart of God.
Mission Statement:
“My desire is to know Christ and be conformed to His image by the power of the Holy Spirit. I believe that God has called me to a unique ministry that fulfills His special purpose. That purpose includes ministering to others through concerts and performances, public speaking, witnessing, charitable work through Heart of God Ministries and specific sponsorships with Mission of Mercy. I believe that every word in every song must be spirit filled. God is truly the Author and I am only the vessel.”
Biography:
Immersed in music since birth, Belinda was blessed with a full-time music coach. Her father, Cecil Milligan, was a minister of music, songwriter and lead singer in a southern gospel quartet. “I remember as a small child standing on the kitchen table (or anything that would serve as a stage) singing for my parents, family and friends,” recalls Belinda. “I still love the stage and seeing the smiles on the faces in the audience.” Since those early days of singing for family, friends and traveling around with her father’s quartet, Belinda’s music has varied tremendously.
