The movie "Son of God" is set to be released into theaters on February 28,2014. This movie is edited straight from the original Mark Burnett epic 10 hour movie mini series known simply as "The Bible". This movie will focus on the second half of "The Bible" mini series featuring Roma Downey playing "The Virgin Mary", and Diogo Morgado playing Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Christopher Spencer gets the directing credit for this project and presents a story that will tell Jesus' life story from his humble beginnings to his teachings and ultimately his crucifixion and resurrection. This movie will also feature some never before seen deleted scenes from the 10-hour television broadcast. This is the most relevant major motion picture released about Jesus Christ since Mel Gibson's "The Passion of the Christ".
