1. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ATTEND A WINTER JAM EVENT?
A. The general admission price to attend a Winter Jam event is $10 per person from 2 years old to 99. The JAM NATION Membership is $49.99 per individual and $39.99 for groups of 10 or more. For more info on JAM NATION, CLICK HERE.


2. DOES THE TOUR ACCEPT CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS TO ATTEND WINTER JAM? 
A. The tour accepts cash or check ONLY at the door for admission. You can use debit/credit cards once you get into the venue for concessions and merchandise. Checks should be made out to “NewSong Ministries.”


3. HOW DO I GET MY BAND CONSIDERED FOR A WINTER JAM LINE-UP?
A. All artist submissions need to be submitted via mail to the following address only. Please send a press kit including music, bio, websites, and any relevant press or touring itineraries with contact info to:

All submissions will be reviewed but due to the overwhelming number of submissions we cannot guarantee that you will receive a response. Please do not follow up via email or phone –if we need further information we will contact you.


4. IS THERE HANDICAP SEATING AT WINTER JAM?
A. Yes. Since the show is General Admission only, the venue leaves special seating to the tour. Please contact Stacie at stacie@jamtour.com to make arrangements for Handicap seating at any Winter Jam show.


5. ARE CAMERAS ALLOWED AT WINTER JAM?
A. Still photography is allowed. Video cameras are not allowed.


6. WHAT TIME WILL THE SHOW END? 
A. If the show starts at 6:00PM - it will end no later than 10:00PM. If the show starts at 7:00PM - it will end no later than 10:45PM.


7. WHY SHOULD I BECOME A PART OF JAM NATION?
A. Winter Jam has always had a "first come, first serve" admission policy. The response to WInter Jam has been so tremendous that we frequently reach venue capacity. Unfortunately, this means that people are often, regrettably, turned away at the door. JAM NATION allows consumers to secure a premium seat in advance, in addition to many other benefits. 


8. WHAT DO YOU RECEIVE WHEN YOU BECOME A PART OF JAM NATION?
A. All JAM NATION Members receive the following:

9. IS THE JAM NATION MEMBERSHIP TRANSFERABLE? 
A. No. Your membership is for you and you alone and is not transferable.


10. CAN SOMEONE ELSE USE MY JAM NATION PASS FOR ADMISSION?
A. No. Your pass is barcoded with your information and cannot be used by another individual for early admission. ID may be required at each venue to confirm membership. If this policy is abused, member may lose membership benefits with no refund.


11. HOW DO I RECEIVE MY COLLECTABLE JAM NATION PASS AND FREE T-SHIRT?
A. Your t-shirt, pass and merchandise discount voucher will be mailed to you once you join JAM NATION.


12. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY COLLECTABLE JAM NATION PASS AND EXCLUSIVE JAM NATION SHIRT?
A. While most orders ship within 24-48 hours of your order and most members will receive their items within one week, please allow 2 weeks for delivery. If you do not receive your items within two weeks of your order, please email Stephanie@datasuppliesinc.com.


13. WHEN CAN I/SHOULD I JOIN JAM NATION? 
A. We recommend joining at least two weeks prior to the city of your choice, but you can join anytime - even the same day as the show.


14. WHAT DO I NEED TO GET IN THE JAM NATION ENTRANCE? 
A. You will need either your JAM NATION Platinum Access Pass or your printed e-mail confirmation. ID may be required to confirm your membership (remember, membership is per individual and is not transferable.)


15. CAN I BECOME A PART OF JAM NATION AT THE DOOR?
A. No. All JAM NATION Memberships must be ordered in advance online. But you are more than welcome to purchase a Membership the day of show online. If you order too late to get your pass in the mail, no worries, simply print and bring your email confirmation for early admission thru the JAM NATION entrance. You can also purchase a JAM NATION Membership online via your Cell Phone, as long as you can show the receipt on your phone to the JAM NATION Coordinator at the door.


16. HOW DO I ORDER A JAM NATION MEMBERSHIP?
A. Winter Jam JAM NATION Memberships are ONLY available at the following link. CLICK HERE to join. Charges to credit card bill will show up as "NEWSONG MINISTRIES".


17. THE SHOW IS TONIGHT/TOMORROW AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY JAM NATION PASS OR T-SHIRT. WHAT DO I DO?
A. No problem. Simply print and bring your email confirmation for admission. ID may be required.


18. HOW MUCH DOES JAM NATION COST?
A. The JAM NATION Membership costs $49.99 (+ shipping & handling). Group memberships for groups of 10 or more are $39.99 each (+ shipping & handling).


19. WHERE DO THE PROCEEDS FROM JAM NATION GO?
A. All proceeds of JAM NATION help offset the operating costs of The Winter Jam Tour Spectacular. The revenue from JAM NATION helps us maintain a high quality ministry-focused concert experience while offering an incredibly affordable general admission price of $10 at the door.


20. DO I HAVE TO BECOME A PART OF JAM NATION TO GET GREAT SEATS AT WINTER JAM?
A. No. You can get great seats by paying the usual $10 at the door if you arrive at the venue early enough. Remember though, Winter Jam is a first come-first served event, and we cannot guarantee admission without a JAM NATION Membership. To get the best seats (or sometimes to get seats at all) without being a JAM NATION Member, we recommend getting there as early as possible. Depending on venue size and capacity, some shows do sell out. JAM NATION members enter at a private entrance and have access to early seating so they are guaranteed a great seat.


21. CAN I SIT ANYWHERE I WANT IF I HAVE A JAM NATION PASS?
A. Yes. All JAM NATION Members will receive exclusive access to the seat of their choice. JAM NATION Members are responsible to choose their seats prior to the General Admission doors and assume all risks of potentially losing it to someone else if they leave their seat.


22. CAN I SAVE SEATS?
A. No. Unfortunately, you must be a JAM NATION Member to receive the benefits of reserving a choice seat prior to general admission. Venue security and tour personnel will ask you to remove any signs, or personal items being used to save seats.


23. WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE VENUE IF I HAVE A JAM NATION PASS?
A. The JAM NATION Door will open 1½ hours before the scheduled Door Time at each Winter Jam show and be available for admission until show time. So, for example, if you are attending a show that has the Door Time posted as 5:00PM and a show Start Time of 6:00PM - then you can enter the VIP Door anytime between 3:30PM and 6:00PM. Bare in mind, if you don’t arrive before general admission (5PM in this instance) you will not be able to participate in the benefits of the membership – picking the seat of your choice, early bird shopping at merch locations, Q&A with Winter Jam Artist(s), etc.


24. WHY DO I STILL NEED TO ARRIVE AT THE VENUE EARLY IF I HAVE A JAM NATION PASS? WHAT MIGHT HAPPEN IF I ARRIVE LATE?
A. Since Winter Jam is a General Admission show the local Fire Marshal has the final say on when the doors will be closed due to venue capacity and Fire codes. In the event that the venue fills to capacity and the Fire Marshal shuts the doors – NO ONE will be allowed to enter the venue (this is a situation that is out of the control of the Winter Jam Tour). The only way to guarantee that you will get into the show is to arrive BEFORE the doors open to the general admission patrons.

We HIGHLY suggest that you allow ample time for traffic, parking your vehicle, and locating the JAM NATION entrance to be assured of early admission and preferred seating. Winter Jam will not be responsible for any delays you experience!


25. WHAT ARTIST(S) WILL BE AT THE JAM NATION Q&A FOR EACH SHOW AND HOW LONG IS IT?
A. Due to day of show schedules and commitments, Winter Jam cannot guarantee which artist or artists will attend the Q&A. However, we do guarantee that at least one main stage artist will participate. Q&A will last between 10-20 minutes depending on the day of show schedule.


26. WHEN AND WHERE WILL THE JAM NATION Q&A TAKE PACE? 
A. The JAM NATION Q&A is scheduled to take place 30 minutes prior to the general admission doors opening. Times may vary depending on day of show schedule and commitments. Q&A will take place from the main stage.


27. HOW OFTEN WILL JAM NATION INSIDER EMAILS BE SENT OUT?
A. Whenever there is significant news to communicate - typically 8-12 times per year.


28. HOW DOES ADMISSION TO MULTIPLE SHOWS WORK FOR JAM NATION MEMBERS?
A. As a JAM NATION Member, you will be admitted to one show for free (you will have to choose which show prior to joining and it must be the first show you attend after joining.) Any Winter Jam show you attend thereafter during your membership (see terms & conditions), you will be allowed all of the benefits of your membership (including early admission through the JAM NATION entrance and seats of your choice) but you will have to pay the $10 admission price.

Here's how it works... Your JAM NATION Collectable Pass will have a barcode printed on it. That barcode will allow you to get into the shows through a scanning process. The scanner will recognize whether you have been to a Winter Jam show during your membership. If you have, you are admitted through the JAM NATION entrance, but you will need to provide the $10 General Admission price.


29. ARE THERE JAM NATION GROUP MEMBERSHIPS AVAILABLE?
A. Yes. Our Group Member Rate is $39.99 per person and applies to groups of 10 or more.


30. IS THE JAM NATION GROUP MEMBERSHIP ANY DIFFERENT THAN THE INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP?
A. Yes, in two simple ways. The group pass will be labeled "group" and group members cannot take advantage of the multiple show admittance benefit.


31. WHAT HAPPENS TO JAM NATION MEMBERS IF A SHOW GETS CANCELLED?
A. If a show gets cancelled, your membership remains the same. You will receive your collectable JAM NATION T-shirt, pass, and lanyard in the mail and you will still have the chance to attend another live show for free as long as you have your JAM NATION pass or your email confirmation. Refunds will NOT be issued if a show gets cancelled.


32. HOW LONG IS MY JAM NATION MEMBERSHIP?
A. Memberships last from the date of purchase through the following June 1st.
