A. All artist submissions need to be submitted via mail to the following PO Box only.

Q. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ATTEND WINTER JAM?
A. The general admission price to attend a Winter Jam event is $10 per person from 2 years old to 99. The VIP Platinum Pass is $50 per person.
Q. DOES THE TOUR ACCEPT CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS AT THE DOOR FOR ADMISSION?
A. The tour accepts cash or check ONLY at the door for admission. You can use debit/credit cards once you get into the venue for concessions and merchandise. Checks should be made out to “NewSong Ministries.”
Q. WILL THERE BE ANY ADDITIONAL TOUR DATES OTHER THAN THOSE LISTED IN THE TOUR DATES SECTION ON THE SITE?
A. We will not be adding shows to the current schedule. The tour runs from January 8th thru March 28th and will consist of 44 shows total.
Q. IS THERE HANDICAP SEATING AT WINTER JAM?
A. YES. Since the show is General Admission only the venue leaves special seating to the tour. Please contact Sarah at sarah@jamtour.com to make arrangements for Handicap seating at any Winter Jam show.
Q. ARE CAMERAS ALLOWED AT THE SHOWS?
A. Still photography is allowed. Video cameras are not allowed.
Q. CAN I PURCHASE GROUP TICKETS FOR WINTER JAM?
A. Winter Jam does not sell traditional tickets. The cost is $10 at the door – no reserved seats. It is based on a first come first serve basis.
The goal for the tour is to keep the ticket price low so that anyone can attend the show and one of the ways we do this is to offer only general admission to keep expenses low.
The tour does not give a ticket or stamp hands when people pay at the door so everyone must be present when they are paid for. The Winter Jam Tour enforces a strict rule of NO SAVING OF SEATS. Please respect your fellow Winter Jam Tour Spectacular fans by adhering to this rule.

Q. WHAT TIME WILL THE SHOW END?
A. If the show starts at 6:00PM - it will end no later then 9:45PM. If the show starts at 7:00PM - it will end no later then 10:30PM.
Q. WHY IS WINTER JAM OFFERING A VIP PLATINUM PASS?
A. As a result of overwhelming consumer feedback, the Winter Jam Tour Spectacular will be offering a VIP Platinum Pass for the first time in 2010. Winter Jam has always had a “first come, first serve” admission policy. The response to Winter Jam has been so tremendous that we frequently reach venue capacity. Unfortunately, this means that people are often, regrettably, turned away at the door. The VIP Platinum Pass allows consumers to secure a premium seat in advance in addition to other benefits.

Q. HOW DO I RECEIVE MY PLATINUM LAMINATE AND FREE T-SHIRT?
A. You will receive your laminated pass and T-shirt when you enter the venue at the designated VIP entrance. Please have your online receipt with you, along with a photo ID. Upon arrival, you will be given a voucher that will allow you to pick up your official T-Shirt at the Winter Jam merchandise table.
Q. HOW MUCH DOES THE WINTER JAM VIP PLATINUM PASS COST?
A. The Winter Jam VIP Platinum Pass costs $50.00. The general admission price will remain $10 at the door.
Q. WHERE DO THE PROCEEDS GO FROM THE WINTER JAM VIP PLATINUM PASS?
A. All proceeds of the VIP Platinum Partner Pass help offset the operating costs of the Winter Jam Tour Spectacular. The revenue from the VIP Platinum Partner Pass helps us maintain a high quality ministry-focused concert experience while offering an incredibly affordable price of $10 at the door.
Q. DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE A VIP PLATINUM PASS TO GET GREAT SEATS AT WINTER JAM 2010?
Q. No. You still have the opportunity to get great seats by only paying the usual $10 at the door if you arrive at the venue early enough. There is a Very limited number of Winter Jam VIP Platinum Passes sold in each market, so there will be plenty of great seats available. The Winter JamVIP Platinum Pass allows you the opportunity to enter at a private entrance and have access to early seating PLUS it gets you a souvenir laminated PASS, along with an official Winter Jam T-Shirt valued at $15.
Q. CAN I SIT ANYWHERE I WANT OR DO I HAVE TO SIT IN THE RESERVED PREMIUM SEAT SECTION IF I HAVE A WINTER JAM VIP PLATINUM PASS?
A. All VIP Platinum Pass guests will receive exclusive access to one seat in a premium section. This special area of seats will have optimal sight lines for a preeminent concert experience. VIP Platinum Pass guests are responsible to choose their seat and assume all risks of potentially losing it to someone else if they leave the seat. As well, the Pass holder can choose a seat outside of the premium section.
Q. WHEN DO I HAVE TO ARRIVE AT THE VENUE IF I HAVE AWINTER JAM VIP PLATINUM PASS?
A. The VIP Door will open 1-½ hours before the scheduled Door Time at each Winter Jam show. You need to be in the venue no later then 30 minutes before the show Start Time. So, for example, if you are attending a show that has the Door Time advertised as 5:00PM and a show Start Time of 6:00PM - then you can enter the VIP Door from 3:30PM – 5:30PM. Reserved seats will only be held until 30 minutes before the advertised show Start Time.
Q. CAN I BUY A VIP PLATINUM PASS AT THE DOOR?
A. No – all VIP PLATINUM PASSES must be ordered in advance online. You are welcome to purchase a VIP Platinum Pass the day of show online – just make sure to bring your emailed receipt to the venue to ensure that you will get in the door.
Q. WHY DO I STILL NEED TO ARRIVE AT THE VENUE EARLY IF I HAVE A WINTER JAM VIP PLATINUM PASS? WHAT MIGHT HAPPEN IF I ARRIVE LATE?
A. Since Winter Jam is a General Admission show the local Fire Marshal has the final say on when the doors will be closed due to venue capacity and Fire codes. In the event that the venue fills to capacity and the Fire Marshal shuts the doors - no one will be allowed to enter (this is a situation that is out of the control of the Winter Jam Tour). The only way to guarantee that you will get into the show is to arrive BEFORE the doors open to the general admission patrons. We HIGHLY suggest that you allow enough time for traffic, parking your vehicle, and locating the VIP entrance. Please allow for ample time to arrive at the designated VIP Entrance to be assured of preferred seating. This is your responsibility.

A. The Winter Jam VIP Platinum Pass is limited to only 200 per market.
